Delivery Process and Updates

 

HOLIDAY UPDATES:

PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO SAME DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON DEC 24th AND DEC 25th!

During this holiday season and with COVID-19, we are noticing delays on packages being delivered due to higher than usual volumes of orders.

We're noticing a 2 - 3 day delay with Swyft, FedEx and Canada Post.

ONLY FOR SWYFT: If you do not receive your package on your expected delivery day, please contact customer support at web@canadianvape.com or use your daily live chat available from 10am to 6pm.

 

We get a lot of questions regarding our delivery process here at Dragon Vape. There are two different delivery options based on where you live. We offer regular delivery using a number of postal services or we offer SWYFT same or next day delivery.

 

SWYFT

After partnering with SWYFT, we are now happy to offer same day or next day delivery based on when your order is placed. Our cut off time for orders is 12pm. If you place your order anytime after 12pm, you will still be eligible for next day delivery. Then your package is picked up and dropped off between the hours of 3:30pm - 11pm. However, due to the high volume of orders, SWYFT is currently experiencing delays with drop offs. At this time, it is a 2 - 3 day delay.

This option will become available to you if the postal code entered at check-out is eligible. Once the order is shipped, order changes are not prohibited. If a change must be applied to the order, the SYWFT driver must be notified. They will do their best to accommodate your request.

You will receive text-message updates on the order using the number provided at check-out. A tracking link will also be provided. Messages are provided when the products have shipped, when the driver is approximately 10 minutes away and when the order has arrived. If an order is not picked up, it is imperative to reply to a text-message so the order can be re-routed for re-delivery. In the event this happens three times, the order will be returned to our warehouse where a refund or re-shipment can be put into place.

A valid government issued I.D must be presented at the time of delivery to receive the order. It must state the the receiver of the order is of legal age, in Ontario one must be 19+. Orders may not be left at the door or in a mailbox, it must be personally handed off.

Regular Delivery

The main way Dragon Vape ships out orders is by using a number of delivery services. Shipping is done world wide as well.

Orders are processed and shipped with Canada Post majority of the time. This is the only current option on our website due to the way the backend works. However, there are instances when your package may be upgraded by our team.

If your package gets upgraded it can be through Canpar, Fedex, UPS or Purolator. This is done if your package is eligible to be upgraded based on shipping rates. 

Once the order is placed, tracking information is immediately sent to the email given at check out. A valid government issued I.D must be presented at the time of delivery to receive the order. It must state the the receiver of the order is of legal age. This will be based on the location where the package is delivered. An adult signature is also required to receive the order.
