Some vape pods contain nicotine, and some are available in 0 mg (nicotine-free). Nicotine strengths and availability can vary by brand and region due to regulations.

Many pod systems perform best with nicotine salt e-liquids and higher-PG or balanced PG/VG blends. Very thick, high-VG liquids may not wick well unless the pod is designed for it.

Pod lifespan depends on usage, the e-liquid used, and the coil inside the pod. Many pods last several days to over a week. Replace the pod when flavour drops off or performance declines.

Replacing the pod usually resolves the issue.

Pre-filled pods are not designed to be refilled. Refilling can cause leaking, poor performance, or damage to the pod and device.
