VAPE SHOP SAME DAY DELIVERY

As this global pandemic has changed our behaviors in shopping, we here at Dragon Vape have also had to make new adjustments.  In order to offer the same legendary service we offer in store to our same day delivery customers, we have decided to part ways with our current third party provider and move to a well established courier service Kwiksave. 

Dragonvape.ca will now offer Same Day delivery from Mondays to Fridays, weekends will be added in the near future.  This shipping option will appear automatically as an option when you are checking out of our website.  Please note that like SWYFT this service is only offered to residential addresses. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • All purchases made before 12:00PM will be delivered SAME DAY to over 250,000 postal codes across the GTA, HAMILTON, HALTON and DUFFERIN COUNTY!  (For a detailed list of which cities we deliver same day to, please click here).
  • Customers will receive a text notification once the package is picked up from our warehouse along with a tracking link and an estimated time of delivery.
  • A second notification will be sent once the package is on route and a third notification when the package is 10 minutes away and a third and final notification once that package has arrived.  
  • IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE YOU MUST SHOW A VALID GOVERNMENT ID TO THE KWIKSAVE DRIVER.  Your package can be left with someone of age at the household, however it cannot be left in the mailbox, at a concierge or at the unattended at the door.  
  • Any package that is not delivered due to age of maturity will have a 90% restocking fee.  Please read our Terms and Conditions here.
  • If you are not available to receive your package a second attempt will be made the following day.  You would be responsible to communicate with the Kwiksave driver by responding to their text messages.
  • Once your package is picked up, any changes to delivery would need to be communicated directly with your Kwiksave driver.  They will do their best to accommodate any changes but is not guaranteed.
