Our online vape shop ships and delivers same day via age verification. You must be the legal vaping age in your province or state when your order from our vape store. All shipments MUST be shipped and claimed by the purchaser. Hand off and Pick up of any order will NOT be able to be picked up by any other person than the purchaser. All orders unclaimed due to age verification fails result in a 90% restocking fee.
Our online vape shop uses Canada Post, Canpar & UPS for shipping in Canada. All international purchases are shipped via Canada Post & USPS. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase Monday to Friday. Orders over $50 in Canada Orders over $75 in the USA
Customers will receive a text notification once the package is picked up from our warehouse along with a tracking link and an estimated time of delivery when the driver is on the way to you. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE YOU MUST SHOW A VALID GOVERNMENT ID TO THE DELIVERY DRIVER. Your package can be left with someone of age at the household, however, it cannot be left in the mailbox, at a concierge or unattended at the door. Any package that is not delivered due to age of maturity will have a 90% restocking fee. You would be responsible to communicate with the courier driver by responding to their text messages. all packages returned to our warehouse due to inability to deliver will have a $10 fee plus 10% restocking fee. Once your package is picked up, any changes to delivery would need to be communicated directly with your Courier driver. They will do their best to accommodate any changes but this is not guaranteed.
In store pick up is offered at all of our retail locations across the Greater Toronto Area. Simply select the closest retail location you would like to pick up your order from at check out. In store pick up turnaround time is 48 hours from purchase time for orders placed before 5:00pm Monday to Friday. We currently do not offer next day pick up on the weekends. Delays may occur on long weekends and sale dates. One of our retail associates will contact you as soon as your parcel arrives at your selected picked up location.
All order receive tracking in their emails along with the purchase invoice. Please ensure tracking is selected if purchasing out of Canada for tracking numbers to be provided.
If you are looking to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are only able to make adjustments to orders before they are shipped or sent out for delivery. Once the package has left the warehouse we will not be able to accommodate any changes to your order. Any changes after the product is shipped must be at the shipping cost of the customer. Order cancellations must be completed prior to the products being sent out. Once the package has been shipped we will not be able to offer any solutions until the package has been received back at our warehouse. All return shipping will be at the buyers cost.
