Return Policy
All EJuice sales are final due to safety restrictions once the product has left our facility. If we make an error when fulfilling your order, or your shipment has been damaged in transit, please notify Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the package to initiate a claim. After 90 days from receipt, no returns or replacements will be provided under any circumstances. Incorrectly received items must be returned to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Should you have any further concerns regarding your shipment please contact web@canadianvape.com.
The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics and code is copyrighted as a collective work under copyright laws, and is the property of Canadian Vape Inc., Individual works within the collective work includes have been licensed for use to Canadian Vape Inc. or are subject to the laws governing GPU licenser. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Canadian Vape Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Canadian Vape Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Canadian Vape Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Canadian Vape Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Right to Refuse Service
Canadian Vape Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason, with or without notice, with or without cause at any time. Additionally, Canadian Vape Inc. reserves the right to block or ban any IP address, any credit card, any shipping address, and any person from the website for any reason at any time at the sole discretion of Canadian Vape Inc. Additionally, Canadian Vape Inc. also reserves the right to permanently delete any member account, and block said person from re-establishing access to the website. Additionally, Canadian Vape Inc. reserves the right to substitute a refund or account credit in direct exchange for products ordered by a person to whom service has been refused before or after the time of refusal of service.
ALL ORDERS PLACED BY UNDERAGE PERSONS WILL HAVE A 90% RESTOCKING FEE. If you are underage, please don't waste your money.
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Canadian Vape Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
