What Is Changing

Beginning April 15, 2026:

Perkville rewards and discounts will no longer be permitted to stack with other offers or promotions.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Bundle pricing
• Promotional discounts
• Clearance pricing
• Review incentives
• Any other store promotions or limited-time offers

Additionally:

Perkville points may only be redeemed on regular priced merchandise.

Perkville points will not be eligible for use on:

• Items already discounted
• Bundle deals
• Promotional offers
• Clearance products
• Any transaction already receiving a discount

What Is NOT Changing

We want to reassure our customers that the core benefits of the Dragon Vape loyalty program remain the same:

• You will continue earning Perkville points the same way
• Your existing points remain valid
• Your points will not expire due to this change
• You can still participate in all promotions and bundle offers
• Our loyalty program remains free to join

There are no changes to how points are earned.

Why We Are Making This Change

We identified situations where multiple discounts were being combined in a single transaction, sometimes resulting in discounts exceeding 80% of the purchase value.

To maintain fairness and allow us to continue offering strong promotions across all stores, we must ensure our loyalty program and promotional offers operate independently.

This update allows Dragon Vape to:

• Maintain competitive pricing
• Continue offering bundle deals
• Protect the long-term sustainability of our rewards program
• Ensure fairness across all customer transactions

Our goal is to continue delivering value while maintaining a balanced and sustainable rewards structure.

Important Policy Clarification

Effective April 13, 2026:

Only one discount or promotional benefit may be applied per transaction unless otherwise explicitly stated by Dragon Vape.

Dragon Vape reserves the right to:

• Modify loyalty program terms
• Adjust promotional eligibility
• Limit discount combinations
• Refuse transactions that do not comply with updated policies

All program benefits remain subject to Dragon Vape loyalty program terms and conditions.

This announcement serves as the required 30-day customer notice prior to implementation of these program changes.
